Every few years, publishers of intelligence tests, behavior rating scales, achievement tests, and adaptive behavior rating scales re-norm the tests, a process that involves testing a representative sample of the individuals for whom the test is designed. In order to have a representative sample of all of the individuals for whom the test is intended, publishers must include people of different races and abilities in their norming samples.

Parents who are interested in having their children/youth (ages 0 – 21) or adult participants (ages 18-90) who want to participate in norming will be compensated for their time if selected. Adult participants (ages 18-90) or their parents may complete questionnaires or intellectual or achievement tests. Geographic location includes the United States. LCTEA is currently accepting participants’ requests for residents in the states of Ohio, West Virginia, Georgia, and Florida. Testing Centers will be available in Orlando, FL, Tallahassee, FL, Fayetteville, GA, and Huntington, WV.

Some of the current opportunities include electronic submission of questionnaires, intellectual tests, and achievement tests. Provide the information via the link below for consideration. If selected, you will be contacted.
